Order and Shipping Information
Orders may be placed by two methods; our website or by phone at 630.306.6699. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 – 4:30pm CST. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Most orders will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
If an item is backordered we will notify you before processing your order. You may request that all in-stock items be shipped immediately.
All packages are shipped UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail SMALL Flat Rate Box, USPS Prioity Mail International/Canada/Mexico SMALL Flat Rate Box and USPS Prioity Mail International/Canada/Mexico MEDUIM Flat Rate Box (note that all small impeller and International orders will be shipped USPS, all other orders will be shipped UPS).

Totally Clean Marine Return Policy.
Please be sure to look over your order carefully before placing it. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you must notify us within 3 business days after receipt of your item and return it within 25 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns will be subjected to a 25% fee if not returned with that time period. All cleaning products must be at least 50% full in order to receive a full refund. All other products must be returned unused with all of the original packaging and materials.
To return a product, you must have your transaction number. You will find this number on your receipt, UPS label, or shipping invoice. You must return your product within 25 days after receiving your return shipping label. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we determine we are responsible for the error.
All Electrical goods are NON-returnable. Some returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise which is NOT subject to a resocking fee are Boat Cleaners, Impellers, SaniGard Filters and Collinite Wax.
Refunds will be processed after your return arrives at our facility. If you ordered by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the card used to make your purchase. Please note that some card issuers take several days to process a credit to your account. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you ordered by check or money order, your return will be mailed to you. Please allow 7 to 10 days for check or money order processing.
