Order and Shipping Information.
Orders may be placed by two methods; our website or by phone at 630.306.6699. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 – 4:30pm CST. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Most orders will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
If an item is backordered we will notify you before processing your order. You may request that all in-stock items be shipped immediately. Totally Clean Marine will pay the shipping for the in-stock items.
All packages are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail.

Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii will cost extra depending on total weight and size. Please call for estimates.

Returns:
Totally Clean Marine Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. All cleaning products must be at least 50% full in order to receive a full refund. All other products must be returned unused with all of the original packaging and materials.
To return a product, you must have your transaction number. You will find this number on your receipt, UPS label, or shipping invoice. You must return your product within 14 days after receiving your return shipping label. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we determine we are responsible for the error.
Refunds will be processed after your return arrives at our facility. If you ordered by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to the card used to make your purchase. Please note that some card issuers take several days to process a credit to your account. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you ordered by check or money order, your return will be mailed to you. Please allow 7 to 10 days for check or money order processing.
